Park ave Mansfield Ohio location . Manager Sara is the best. She went out of her way to assist me with my battery issue. I have been going to this location for years. With Sara's help and knowledge this makes it the best location in the area.
We are from Bucyrus but our car stopped working in Mansfield, so we went to the store on Park Ave W having to clue what part we needed to fix this... The really awesome guy talked to us about it, helped us find the right part for under $10, and he even put it on for us!!! We cannot even express how thankful we are to him... We are definitely going to be loyal AutoZone customers from now on! ❤️

Under new management and it shows! The staff were super friendly and so helpful installing my wiper blades. Last time (about a year ago) I was here the experience was not very good so it's so nice to see the improvements. Thanks for the help guys I'll be coming back next time I need something!

Park ave location: This locations customer service was horrible, the manager lady that was there was very rude and we waited for a long time. no one even greeted us or helped us at all. We waited for 20 minutes while the lady kept walking past helping people that came in after us while we were standing at the counter waiting to be helped. We ended up just leaving and going to advanced auto parts instead definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.
